What you buy

Proofday’s Website Launch Check is a $149 one-time automated service. For up to 10 public pages on a site you own or are authorized to test, we run desktop and mobile checks and deliver a PDF report (screenshots, issues, and suggested fixes), plus one retest.

We do not provide hosting, repairs, unlimited support, security certification, or a guarantee that every issue will be found. We do not test forms, logins, payments, or email delivery.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

When you get a refund

Failed jobs (automatic full refund)

If we cannot complete your Website Launch Check after our normal retries, you get an automatic full refund of the $149 you paid. You do not need to ask.

Report not delivered within 24 hours (refund on request)

If your report is not delivered within 24 hours of a successful payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. Contact us at the support email listed on the Proofday site (or the contact address in our Terms of Service).

After the report is delivered

Once we have delivered your report, we generally do not refund the purchase.

Exceptions: We will refund duplicate charges or a clear technical failure on our side (for example, we charged you but the job never ran, or we delivered a corrupted or empty report that we cannot reasonably fix).

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
Timing depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer (often a few business days).
One retest is part of the service when the check completes; it is not a second purchase and does not create a separate refund right by itself.
